4. Subscription and Payments

New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you will have full access to premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for your selected subscription plan.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the start of the next billing period.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users or sourced from podcasts), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PodGlimpse. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Israel and foreign countries.

5.2 Podcast Content

Podcast content summarized by our Service remains the intellectual property of the respective podcast creators and publishers. Our summaries are derivative works created for educational and informational purposes under fair use principles.

5.3 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with operating the Service.
